i think the phrase "random thoughts" is overused.
i haven't posted much lately. i've tried to post a few pics to my moblog (phone pics) but have not been successful. it seems that every time i want to send a pic, my phone won't let me. all the posting here lately has been to my newsblog in the form of interesting links i've come across ($28,000 cheese sandwich and how to become a diamond when you die).
my website counter got over 1000 hits a while back. that's a milestone i guess.
i've been accused of being a hypocrite making comments about people having too much time on their hands while having several posts in a row about a video game. henceforth, i'll attempt to keep halo off my blog. just assume that when i say nothing much has been going on, that means i've been playing a lot of halo. we're having a lan party friday night, i'll be fun.
how nice has it been not hearing about the election for the past 2 weeks. i wonder if the networks had to let people go because there is less to talk about or are they trying to actually find some news to discuss?
watched "the amazing race" last week at home. wouldn't you know that the man and wife pro wrestlers are from molino, fl--close to where i grew up. i'm not sure that they are representative of the kind of folks you find there. although i'm afraid that they aren't drastically different from everyone else there. key quote from the show last week: when choosing between an Accuracy challenge and an Endurance challenge, "Accuracy, that means you have to be accurate. We'll take the other one."
i guess i really don't have much to post today, either. thanksgiving was good at home. i need a 4 day weekend once a month i think.
at work we have an outage starting next monday so that means i'll be working long hours. i'm sure i'll be ready for my 12 days off at christmas.
