ShowMeWhatsWrong.com is a super simple screen recording tool to help provide tech support to less tech-savvy users

At showmewhatswrong.com, you create a link to send to the person you want to help. When you send them the link, it asks for their name and then presents a 'record' button that will launch a screen recorder. They can do whatever it is that they are having trouble with and click the big red 'stop' button to complete the recording. The video is uploaded and you--the person who sent them the link--is notified by email of a video that is uploaded. If I can remember this, I may try it out the next time I am called to give tech support over the phone. Unfortunately I cannot try it at work because the video won't upload through our corporate web proxy.
